A New Addition to Mirror View Farms!

This morning, as the sun rose over the snowy Missouri landscape, we welcomed a brand-new life to Mirror View Farms! Our beautiful Red Cow gave birth to a healthy, black-coated calf under the clear, sunny skies.

The calf, just hours old, is already full of energy and doing what calves do best—suckling at its mother’s teat and bonding with her in the warmth of their cozy pasture. It’s always a humbling sight to witness the start of new life, especially on mornings like this when nature’s beauty surrounds us.

We’re thrilled to share this joyful moment with our community. This little one represents not just growth for our farm, but a reminder of the resilience and beauty of life, even in the cold of winter.
