A couple of days ago, on a cold winter morning, this little thing popped up with a new life force and doubled our steak storage! Yes, you guessed it—we’re talking about the newest addition to our herd: a healthy, bouncing calf.

As farmers, there’s nothing quite like the joy of welcoming new life into the world. Watching a newborn calf take its first steps on frosty ground is a reminder of the resilience and beauty of nature. This little one is already full of energy and curiosity, exploring its surroundings and warming our hearts.
